Wood Grades
GL grades Glulam products are engineered wood products made in accordance with ASNZS 1328.
Wood grades. When appearance is of moderate concern this decking grade will contain larger more frequent knots but because it is primarily designed for decking it is virtually wane-free. The grade of a given piece of dimension lumber is based on the visual observations of certain natural characteristics of the wood. Grade B is the most common grade in construction while grade C is used in areas such as packaging. The price of Selects and 1-Face is usually the same as FAS.
