Wood Elf Cleric

Wood Elf and Wood Half-Elf characters begin with proficiency in Stealth.

Wood elf cleric. Githyanki Clerics can choose up to three skills instead of two. And then it will generate 15 wood elf names. Rillifanes holy days are the equinoxes.

Wood elves get the same wisdom bonus and a 2 to their dexterity and depending on the build clerics can rely on either strength or dexterity for their combat prowess. Please let me know. A heavy armor cleric might not make sense but with the boost to wisdom and proficiency in shortsword you could come up with a unique build focusing on finesse or spellcasting.

While most elves offer very little as clerics a Wood Elf has some interesting options. Rillifanes clerics wear dark green vestments tree bark armor and a laurel wreath on their head. INT is useless for Clerics.

INT is useless for Clerics. High Dexterity is nice for lightly armored Clerics and Perception is a great skill for Clerics due to their high Wisdom but only one subrace that isnt setting-specific provides a Wisdom bonus so the Elf is a hard choice. As the two deities are good friends there is no conflict between their worshipers.

Wood elves consider Rillifane their patron deity. Then you can add one of the 100 wood elf surnames to the end of the elfs first name for a creative unique option. The obvious choice of race for this build is the wood elf but a hill dwarf also makes an excellent Nature clericranger character.
